Frequently asked questions about prices and plans

How many computers covers Standard plan?

The number of computers in the office does not matter. We have developed a special algorithm that calculates the loading of Infosystems specialists. The load depends on the number of infrastructure objects, the state of the infrastructure and other technical parameters. The cost of service depends only on the loading of specialists. We have clients with 50+ computers in the office, serviced by the Standard plan.

What is the difference between service plans?

The Standard plan is a remote technical support for employees and 24/7/365 monitoring the security and facilities availability. The Advanced plan adds preventive maintenance, object database maintenance (asset management), server maintenance and the provision of cloud backup storage for critical data. Corporate plan is a virtual CIO at your organization’s disposal. You no longer need to make any decisions. Full range of services, regular reporting, vendor and procurement management, as well as full maintenance of workstations.

How often will you come to our office?

The presence of Infosystems specialists directly at the client’s office is necessary only for making changes in office infrastructue or when the equipment is out of order. In the first weeks of our cooperation, we build a work algorithm according to which there won’t be any changes at all or they are minimal. Repair of failed equipment is covered by the Corporate plan only. But if it becomes necessary to repair something, then of course we will do all the works and send to you a separate invoice.

Could we create other service plan individually?

Client’s desire – is the law for us. Each client is unique and Infosystems’ approach to each client is individual. Therefore, at the beginning of our cooperation, we collect all customer requirements, then fix the solutions that will be applied to each requirement and the total cost of service.

Does the price include all possible services?

The prices listed on the website are basic and include the provision of a list of services for a limited number of objects. Contact us and we will calculate the cost of maintaining your systems individually.

What payment options are there?

We accept payments by bank transfer (with VAT) or PayPal. You can also use your credit card. Please use the payment information provided to you after the order process.

Where do I find my invoices?

Before the end of every payed period we create your invoice and send it to you by e-mail. You’ll have 5-10 days to pay it.

When do I have to pay and what if I fall into arrears?

It is important that there is a cover period of five days before the beginning of a new monthly period. If this payment is not made we will suspend your services at the beginning of the new monthly period. You will receive an e-mail reminder ten days before the beginning of a new monthly period. Should you fail to contact us regarding a service for which payment is not covered, data loss cannot be ruled out.
